while I enjoy playing the devils advocat, I'm not stupid LOL.. there is very little chance that the SEC will "PASS" CEP... but I'm a gambler by nature so

Because that is typical for the SEC, at least as a first step. You have to understand, the SEC cannot file criminal charges, only civil, and their main concern in an investigation is to put a halt to the illegal behavior. A Consent Decree accomplishes this, usually comes with a fine and restitution order and permantly enjoins the perp from ever doing it again (doing so is contempt of court and no trial is even needed, go straight to jail, do not collect $200). As a downside it allows the defendant to "neither admit nor deny any wrongdoing" so the scammer of the week can go and say to his suckers "I didn't admit any guilt, the SEC just closed me down because they don't want YOU to have any money" or some such garbage, see Charis Johnson who is still saying she didn't mean to do any wrong (but she still owes more than half a billion dollars to her investors, if it had been a legitimate investment anyhow) she was just naive. Like the sheep over at CEP forum, trying to twist any way they can a solution for CEP to come back and be compliant. It cannot happen, CEPs business model was and is take money from new investors in however many programs they had going, and paying old dividends from new investments, that's illegal. A legal autosurf pays about a dollar per thousand clicks (the legal test is are payments based on per click or from how much you invested, anything besides per click is a security by definition and would be illegal), someone is talking about doing surveys, gee Sparky, I asked and Ford pays the company that does them about $2 per survey, of which the company keeps more than half, and we don't want random surveys, it's very very specifically targeted whose opinion a company wants. For instance, Rolex is not interested in the opinion of a wino whose taking surveys to finance the next bottle of Boones Farm. Really, the only people who would be interested in what any demographer would describe as "Internet Financial Rubes" is HYIP admins, a group not keen to part with any money on research, but I'd bet they'd buy the member lists.
Trevor's real problem, mark my words, in the end will be the prosecuters in Kentucky, not the feds, honestly, it's not worth much effort of behalf of the federal goevernment, but a county prosecuter can still put you away for 20 years and is still impressed by $20 million.

This is a second post & topic in this forum, but I am not a new member. We (our group) have known Trevor & Clayton for quite a long time and had many conversations with both. We are very clear on what they do and why they do it. See the earlier post for more on this.

I chose to make a post which is not faith based but more oriented to those who may not necessary be religious, or may be more scientific in nature, as I can see from some of the posts in this forum, there are many skeptics.

We have a significant amount placed with Trevor, Clayton & Company. It is $XM. We have no fear of loss. This was a business decision. Yes, there was a definite element of faith on our part, but we are businessmen and businesswomen and firmly understand that our significant placement is in very capable and secure hands. We also recognize this SEC period will only be a delay, for a period of time which is unknown but YOU can and have the absolute power to influence and change this regardless of your belief system, or lack of one.

Yes, you can contribute very positively and influence the outcome and the duration of the outcome, but you must be open-minded. There are many Quantum Physics and Quantum Mechanics studies from all over the world that show a measurable influence from the mind and thoughts of others. You have that influence and it is very important that you take the opportunity to use your influence NOW.

Some call what is inside you your intuition. Others the observer. Faith-based religions refer to it as the spirit. Others call it the invisible path and the 11th element. You have even heard of it being called the sixth sense. It exists within you and you are being asked for your Positive Thoughts toward Trevor, Clayton & Company as well as CEP.

So if you were inclined, and didn***8217;t have any idea, how would you begin? There are many suggestions that can be made and you may have your own way. If you do, great. Start now. Each day you are thankful or express gratitude, then include Trevor, Clayton & Company in those thoughts as well. Ask for others to do the same.

For those that need some guidance, here are a few suggestions, and there will be a few resources at the end of this post.

Since CEP has been under informal investigation, which has been since around May 19, 2007 or earlier, we have not received a payment from CEP.

Normally we would receive $XXX,XXX in income per month from the $XXX,XXX invested in CEP, which is 60% per month. We have been reinvesting some of the income back into CEP to grow the amount invested.

You may feel that this seems a little strange and yes that is normal for you to feel this way. I suggest that you do a little research and reading before you discard the idea that your positive thoughts will influence the situation.

No, but a quick (before the money is gone), pointed, direct legal action against those 'responsible' lawsuit usually have the best chance of any 'recovery'.

However, not sure how SEC involvement would affect that. 'First come, (first seized?), first served' logic possibly apply here?
