These companies' accounts with StormPay were taken over by StormPay under the thumb of the FBI (which was investigating StormPay). So the FBI is already involved. The best we can do now is wait it out. North Shore Media (which runs A.T.) is filing criminal charges. LifeClicks (owns 12 DP) is in mediation discussions with StormPay. I hope LifeClicks files charges too, but for now their lawyers are taking the negotiation road.

You don't get to run an legal investment without a license, then after it has already been running go get a license. The SEC don't look to kindly on that.
Like driving a car without a license...but, but officer, I was planning on getting a license.
Are there really people that believe this? That would be the type that give their money away to strangers on the internet.

It's interesting how Littleroundman would go to all that effort to dig up old posts by me. (By the way, I wasn't in My Global Surf). People who don't like you occasionally resurface at TalkGold becauise they have nothing better to do in their miserable lives, and he has nothing to brag about.

Anyway, I was correct in some of my statements and wrong in others. So what?? I stand by much of what I said regarding 12 Daily Pro not being a ponzi and that it was improperly structured and ineptly run by Charis Johnson. She was railroaded by the government for a variety of reasons.

Colon End Parenthesis is also not a ponzi, as several of us here have proven in a variety of ways in the past. The ONLY mistake they did was not registering with the SEC. That doesn't mean it's too late or that they can't get that done. Besides, their other businesses are running smoothly and paying on time. There is nothing else to discuss on that. All situations and opportunities are different, and nobody here can accurately predict what will happen.

As for Ponzi Nemesis....his bet is invalid because even if I took him up on it:

1. There is no way to ask 13,000+ people in C.E.P. if they reached the break-even and / or point of profit.

2. Ponzi Nemesis may have a big mouth, but he couldn't possibly eat his toilet. Maybe what's in it maybe, but we would have no way of verifying even that!
