Yeah, just ignore the little part about being charged with FRAUD at the bottom of the complaint.

If CEP was legit cheerleaders, they would have proven it to the SEC when the SEC seized the books and FRAUD would not be apart of the complaint.

Now guys don't gloat. Just because the cheerleaders called you names, harrassed you about your posts, tried to debunk everything you said, only to find they were wrong. Why should you take this opportunity to gloat. (sarcasm).

Actually I'm kind of hoping that Executive gets prosecuted for Conspiracy to Defraud for his helpless cheerleading. Not much chance of it (enough though that I'd be worried if it were me), but a guy can dream, can't he?

I will say this, you must be rich, not many people could afford to loose so much in ponzi schemes as you apprently do.

For someone with such an apparent public profile, making statements like:
