The best advice I have seen for this kind of program, if you have to participate, is to get in early, get your initial deposit back and then play with the house money. Treat every one like a scam and you can still make money at it but don't be a scumbag and convince granny she needs to put house on the market and get in 9 months into it.

And that is the problem....what you're saying is it's alright to steal, just be quiet and it's a matter of timing? In a ponzi scheme there are 2 types of people, the ones who know what's going on and are trying to time it correctly, the THIEFS, and those who don't know what's going on and believe the hype, the VICTIMS. Granny is going to invest and someone's granny is going to invest more than she can afford to lose, acting like it doesn't matter that you stole here money because you didn't convince her to hand it over, someone else did, is still at the very least receiving stolen goods.

And don't try to defend good ole Trevor and Clayton...they didn't even keep good records, and insisted all along they "complied with SEC Regulations because we agree with them" There was no good intention here, no effort to help the little guy, no charity, this was simply a criminal scheme to separate people from their money by fraudulent means. The only people they were trying to help was themselves and as has been pointed out, they were spending their cut of what may be upwards of a million dollars while their beloved "members" were losing homes and going without FOOD AND MEDICINE. They abused people's religious faith to steal from them, and for my part a US prison is too good for them, regrettably they didn't get caught in China, Singapore or Saudi Arabia where they aren't so squeamish about "cruel and unusual punishment"

Don't just say people began to realize it when they stopped payments on May 18th either, go all the way back to at least when they took new members in January...you do see now that they only did it because they needed the cash, don't you? You also see that 2/3 of their claimed membership (bearing no relation the actual members, but I'm getting to that) joined after the first of the year? Think of the implications of that, it blows out of the water any argument that "it would have been a great long term program if the SEC hadn't shut it down" because even using their own numbers, there is no way that those 2/3 could have gotten back their initial investment.

These are evil people taking advantage of fools, educate the fools but wipe out the evil when the chance arises.

Everyone, even the cheerleaders, must now admit that all of CEP was just lies and a mechanism to steal from the investors. And everyone of course wants to know when they can get their refund and how much the SEC and the receiver is going to take out of the pie.

Well, let me tell you a few facts. Most of the money is gone, but while Trevor and Clayton may have gotten a cool million or more the majority was actually used to pay off the early investors, in order to get them to attack anyone like me who tried to publicly point out that this was a scam.
That's right, whether you like my arrogant self or not, I was in the end correct on just about everything. My most glaring mistake a post in late May when I said a receier would be running all of CEP Holdings by July 4th, I was off by 5 days.

Anyhow, enough about me. The people who attacked me so loudly and were so comforting to all of you were not just Clayton and Trevor, oh no, it was the early investors, the ones who had taken by far the largest amount fo the money stolen from you. They thought they were beyond punishment, thought whatever happened, THEY were in profit. Well, since CEP Trust required such thourough disclosure to withdraw funds, it is possible they'll really be forced this time to give it all back. The loudest among them have a decent chance of going to prison themselves. SKye's children may not have to have such a bad influence poisoning their childhood and Moboking might get to take a few college courses at Chino...but again I digress.

These are the people who have your money, much more than Trevor and Clayton (oh they have a nice chunk, too) so instead of the all too familar "I wish the government would hurry up and get me my refund!" whining that will start soon, led of course by these people who aren;t getting a refund because they are already in profit, the real losers should start a movement on all of the boards demanding that not only Trevor and Clayton be forced to do all the nasty things waiting for them, but that these investors who did make a profit volunteer to return their net proceeds to the receiver forthwith. They have no moral ground to stand on, as I said, everyone involved admits it was a fraud, and every cheerleader now has to also admit they are in possesion of stolen property.

Come on Pamela, Skye, Executive, Divi, et al.... cough it up.

It'll save you on the interest, (12%) help out the homeless and hungry you claimed to be concerned about and is just the right thing to do. It ain't as much fun as telling everyone that things are fine and the world is all butterflies and kittens, but you'll get a warm and fuzzy feeling about it, trust me.

Isn't it funny how the evil government goes after anyone who tries to make a few bucks and finds a reason to shut them down.

I mean, look what they did to that poor Bill Gates guy in Seatle, he could have made several million dollars at least if the SEC hadn't gone after him. How many thousands of people in the telecommunications industry could have made a nice little nest egg off the companies that were going to connect everyone's computers on some giant, all around the world network?
It goes all the way back to the turn of the century, there was a guy in Detroit, Henry Ford I think his name was...had an idea to use motors on coaches instead of horses, well, that wasn't really his idea, his idea was even better, he was going to make them differently than the way we do things now, he intended to have one guy put on the wheel, another the engine another one after that to put in the seats,,,,,a different guy for every part in the thing, he could have not only made a million bucks, he could have provided HUNDREDS of jobs, too! and just think how much nicer the city would be without the 12 million pounds of horse doo on the streets every day in Chicago alone! Do you have any idea what all the methane is doing to the enviorment? The world is getting colder every year, all because of horse pollution!

Yep, people's memories are short just as long as there is a chance they WILL GET PAID this time around. And some people will say this known scammer didn't scam - it wasn't his or hers fault his last program collapsed. It was the evil government's fault.
