What criminal proceeding?
The trial of all the organizers and insiders has not ended ages ago?

I could be wrong but as I understand it all this till now was the civil proceedings which the receiver did in order to take care of the money that was left when CEP was closed down by the Gov. Any time now the receiver will finish his work and the website will close....Same as happened with 12dailypro receiver site after all the money was distributed...

Those indicted for running the CEP ponzi scheme still need to face court on the indictments of running an illegal ponzi scheme....

Didn't they have 3 sealed indictments (hopefully of referral collectors) to be opened and served after the civil part is done with? I may be confused about which program has the sealed indictments.

I just received my check on 10/18. I didn't open it until today (10/19) , knowing it was going to be pathetic. I was right!! Everyone should have received a WHOPPING 3.38% of the gross claim amount. Now take that to the bank!!
