CEP is difficult to classify. Although it is based on autosurfs, there is no surfing - thus, it must be classified as a HYIP. Yet, it has nothing to do with "regular" HYIPs. It's not a game where the program goes down once a certain point is reached.

So people, don't make the mistake of thinking that CEP is your average, run-of-the-mill HYIP 'game'. It's much more than that.

Another important piece of information you***8217;ll want to know: as of Wednesday, July 19th, 2006, CEP will ONLY accept CEP Trust as an upgrade option and a withdrawl option. Any payouts requested to egold or alertpay before Wednesday will be honored (if you are locked into an alertpay payout and would prefer CEP Trust, please submit a ticket, and we will adjust that for you). If you***8217;re concerned about egold, don***8217;t be, as you will be able to fund your CEP Trust account via egold (and you***8217;ll be able to withdrawl via egold, too. ;-)). As for AlertPay, we are dropping them 100% as soon as all payouts are honored, as we do not trust them at all. There have been too many shady dealings, and they have not responded satisfactorily to our requests for a dangerous glitch fix (a glitch that could wipe out any major business that accepts AP***8230;but AP doesn***8217;t care because the extra fees charged go to AP***8230;thus, AP is ok with prospering on ***8220;dirty***8221; money***8230;we are not, and we will not work with a company that allows such atrocities). Even better news***8230;when you upgrade via CEP Trust, CEP will not charge you any fees at all to upgrade! :-D CEP and CEP Trust are two separate businesses, and they will be treated as such, so please make sure that you send requests for assistance to the appropriate e-mail address or submit tickets in the appropriate area. Here's some additional, important information regarding the CEP Trust verification levels:

These are the different levels of member verification, ranging from the most basic and least amount of required member identification to the most extensive. Please note that in order to move up to higher levels of verification, you have to have completed all of the levels before it.

Unverified member: unverified members have an automatic level of 500 USD in spending/withdraw per month.

Verification level 1: Member release form
This level raises your maximum amount of spending/withdraw to 2500 USD per month.

Verification level 2: Government Issued Photo Identification
This level raises your maximum amount of spending/withdraw to 5000 USD per month.

Verification level 3: Bank Statement or Voided Check AND Bank Account User Agreement
This level raises your maximum amount of spending/withdraw to unlimited spending/withdraw per month.

Verification level 4: Credit Card AND Credit Card User Agreement
In addition to unlimited monthly spending/withdraw, you can use a credit card to fund.

Hello, Everyone! Many members have voiced concerns to me about our asking for their Social Security Numbers along with the release form through CEP Trust. We understand and have heard this concern, and I want to respond to it for all of our current members (instead of answering a ton of extra times since it is such a prevalent and understandable question). First, let me note that there is an alternative to your personal tax id number. You can register for a business tax id (called an EIN in the US) as a sole proprietor and use that id for this. It usually doesn't take long to do so, and it is still a valid means of identification. We aren't trying to steal or harm anyone's privacy or identity. In fact, we are trying to protect it. The verification we ask for through CEP Trust is for your safety and our safety. We want to help protect you from identity theft, and we want to protect ourselves from others that could be defrauding people through identity theft. We have made a point to stand for something strong and good in this industry, and we will continue to do so. We do have plans to eventually turn CEP Trust into a bank, but that will take at least a decade, I am sure, before we can undertake that task. Also, in order to continue to receive payouts from CEP, we are legally obligated to make you fill out US tax forms (because we are based in the US, we must and will follow US laws and regulations). Anyone who earns more than $600 a year through CEP has to fill out the forms we will soon post on our website. If they do not, our business can take the fall for them. The form simply notes that you are responsible for your own taxes, you act as a sole proprietor in relation to CEP (you're not an employee, you're a person taking a business venture with us...so this is the appropriate form ;-)). There is one form for our US members and another form for our international members. If you have made or will make more than $600 with us before January 1st of this year, you are required to fill the appropriate form out to continue receiving payouts (your account will compound until you fill it out and return it). Now, don't worry, we're going to give you a full month to get the form, fill it out, and get it back to us before anything starts automatically compounding. We want to give you plenty of time and continue to pay you while you are getting those forms together. ;-) The last thing I'd like to address is payouts. Some of you have asked why you haven't been paid yet. Some have simply forgotten to request a payout. So, let me remind you that you have to login to your CEP account to request a payout for EACH upgrade you have with us. If you do not do this, we do not see that you have a payout, and your account automatically compounds on the 30th day of your payout period (and remember, you're only eligible for payouts every 30 days for each upgrade, and we have 10 BUSINESS days to pay you...weekends are NOT business days...so, when you e-mail us saying, "It's been 12 days!" it has only been 8 business days...please be patient. We do enough work during the week and try to take the weekends a bit easier. ;-)). Those of you who have been with us for a long time know that we have consistently paid out and not missed any payouts (barring a few glitches and errors in the script...and there was one time we had miscalculated the day we had to make more payouts, and we corrected that when our members let us know). We tend to make payouts once a week for several days straight. So, some members approach their 10 business days while others are paid early. It just ends up working better that way to better serve all of you and manage our time for customer support as well as fixing glitches. I hope this e-mail is helpful and will calm some of your fears. We understand that concern, and that's why we're giving alternatives. We want the business to be around for a very very long time, and we would like to protect and help our members for years to come, as well.
