Does anyone know what *******'s problem is? I mailed them, via Express Mail, three money orders on Friday, June 23. According to the USPS web site, they were delivered the next day, Saturday, June 24, and signed for by "E ECSN INC," their bank. On their site they state that money orders are fulfilled within one business day after they are received. Saturday and Sunday are weekend days. Fine. So we'll say that the MO's were delivered on Monday, the 26th, which means that the order should have been fulfilled sometime on Tuesday, the 27th. Nope. It is now Friday evening, the 30th and the e-gold is still not in my account, despite having contacted them three times today with no reply. The Live Help desk was closed all day as well. It seems that there was noone working there on a Friday afternoon.
I have had to wait overly long periods of time in the past also, being told by them that they needed to "top off" their e-gold supply. If that is the case, then they shouldn't advertise that MO orders are fulfilled in one business day.
I got so fed up that I contacted GDCA and told them my story. I don't know if it will help get them on their toes or not.
And on top of all this, I am an "Inner Circle" member. Fat lot of good that does me!
