That is a new concept. The members will make the business better. Having management with a good business plan and successful execution would be a better recipe for success.

Dings? You have to be kidding. DX needs its "members" more than the members need DX. DX knows everything aboout our accounts, but for 12 sessions could not figured there was excessive gains. Please, don't use the excuse the technology(system) is much better now than a year ago.

BS that it depends on your " credit report". This person is( was) avid supporter of DX. Another great job with your customer ( member) service DX.

I saved this statement for last. It shows how cold this admin is. It is already bad enough that XXXXXX is disappointed with DX, and had to add this worthless comment.
