You can't go wrong with C-E.
They changed the limits recently, but you can bypass some of this by having 2 cards associated with your account.

I'm seriously considering a C-E card myself. Have read a lot of good stuff about this this card and their fees seem to be either the best or near the best.

Can you do an ACH transfer from your C-E card to a bank account?

I just took a look at your site, (RevoCash) and it's 5% to load with Egold?
You might want to add your card to the expensive ones you stated.
