Slandering on a public forum is not against the law. Nor is creating an opinionated thread. If he were to put up personal details of someone (like tom) he would then be breaking the law, and he would be fined. And open to any form of sueing.

First off, Felix is not breaking any laws. His business is all about getting people to make money, while at the same time he makes a nice junk of profit. There is no way Felix would ever go to jail, the guy is innocent. I don't know how many posts I've read by these idiots who claim to have "evidence" againts him.

The main problem with felix, to me, is not that weather he is a scammer or not but what he said about his competitors, which i think, a very foolish thing to do coz everybody can easily see that it is not a healthy competition. With that style of marketing, i am not surprise if some people accuse felix is a liar. and that is not good for his business.
I don't know about others, but personally I find Felix's service to be one of the best free Forex EMailing list there is, actually it is the only free one dedicated to news trading. I think Felix does it for the true love of FOREX, that is the only thing that can explain it....any I hope the comments on this forum doesn't discourage him....probably an idiot like John Beirer from the "Winners Trading Association", who advertises Non-Farming Payroll trading with Google Adsense.
He recommended TradeTheNews.com which he could have got a referral payment for, but instead he passed the savings on to the user.
I have been trading the news for about 3 months now, and this newsletter really helps you understand the trade instead of just blindly looking for the spike. It has helped me develop confidence in this trade and I have moved the amount I trade from 1 mini to 3 and will next trade I plan to put on a lot.
I have not used Tom Yeomans service but I guess it is like a high value news trading service...After the news feed, paying another $250 does come out to alot...I have know doubt that the cost is worth it and you can make the money with 2 or 3 news trades if not less.
