Use the contact page on donkeymails.com Also make sure the website you bought ads from is an approved place to promote donkeymails.
Also, from what I have read about these websites, even if your account doesn't work the plugin for PTP is actually seperate. Therefore even if for some reason your account lost all it's data/earnings, the PTP info would still be there and if you are only doing PTP and there is a problem your PTP info will be safe. Contact the administration asap!

My account got activated already. They did response me pretty quick. But the reason is my address info was wrong. And that's so weird as I corrected already, but now it turns back to the wrong one as if I didnt do anything.
Anyway, I correct it and reply their email to have my account totally activated.
Such a relief.
Ah, about the PTP thingy, I got 303 credits now. That's quite impressive, but I gotta check the advertising stats, to see how much clicks have been sent.

Xray-Cash is better I think. it's 2 cents lower but tier 2, 3, and 4 give more credits per thousand. Since most of your clicks come from that you end up making more money with it.

! donkeymails is a scam!!!! they deleted my account!! i just reach to 1 $ and i wanted to cashh out... but somehow my accout deleted!!! what a shame!! i cant believe that !

Just contact them. I ran into the same problem, but after email them I got my account back

. Maybe because of wrong information. You know, lots of us dont use true information for online thing.

to tential: After quite a time, my PTP credits still increasing, but I guess mostly they come from wwc. Other sites don't have good rate for ptp advertising.
