Yep, I did, we got a lot of requests to open a new one, but I did it for so many, for some others I didn't because they sent me the same email from different emails, but for most members I did

but some program not run ...

I'm glad to know, and if you haven't gotten paid for an offer you can retake it or send an email confirmation in a case it's a trial etc and it usually gets approved quickly
