Which Offshore Web Hosting To Use?

I am looking to host my site off shore. What would you suggest is the best off shore web host? I need lots of GB for monthly traffic and what else would you suggest? I have something that I am working at and you guys will love it. But I need to secure myself first with all the off shore stuff. And it's not you people that i am trying to hide from.

Tell us what country your from because offshore. I you are from the US and want lot's of traffic I would say go with a Dutch host from The Netherlands that would be offshore for you and their connections are really fast and you get a lot of GB for your money. Not as much as in the USA but it's good quality!

What would be a good answer (update) to this question? (year 2010)

As a Canadian resident looking to sell products worldwide through ecommerce website, while also providing local services.

Is there a best offshore hosting plan or company with favorable tax laws, fast connections.

What other features to compare or request?

Also what would be an ideal company and bank account setup look like?
(IBC? Use of nominee?) Which jurisdiction? Or setup company?

Are there (other?) benefits in setting up in treaty free jurisdictions? eg. Samoa

Does Seychelles offer a good value in setting up, or a specific way? (asset protection?) Annual fee is lower than in other jurisdictions.

Privacy and legal protection. If you are in the right jurisdictions outside the US/EU and the host gets a request for ownership data usually they will not even reply.

So as a US, Australian, Japanese etc., host is offshore to the UK we are actually talking about a few specific nations or hosts that have a privacy policy rather than 'offshore' in the true meaning?
