No that's not true, in fact it's a pretty new forum. I wouldn't use "anymore" here since paid-to-post only started, I don't know, about a month ago?

Only I heard they had cash system installed, now they have point system which are converted into cash with varied rate.

site which no minimum pay-out would pay members little money for what they have done hardly. I think that. So hardly had I joined "no minium payout" site!

I see no problem with no minimum. Sites that pay more only because they have high payouts, are often betting on the fact that many members will not reach payouts.
