Re: It is time
Had no electricity for 12 hours from yesterday at around 4:30 PM to this morning at 4:49 AM. Had a storm that knocked out our power or I would have come back in earlier to see what I need to answer.

How about answering my request in the other thread about your sources for that story of yours regarding the Government and Egold funds flow.

Now, Guss, don't be hasty. Get in line. I'm still waiting for him to explain his spurious contention that Stormpay should have 180 days, excluding weekends and holidays. The TOS clearly states "180 days". Period.
You'll have to wait your turn. I'm sure, though, that in good time we'll both get a response. May I say, though, that considering the current conflict in the middle east, we may get the second coming first.

Well if you want to try and convince spit that 180 days means 180 days plus weekends and holidays then good luck to you.
I think you had better watch out next time you buy or sell a house on a 60 or 90 day contract, or whatever the usual deal is in the US. When nothing happens on the specified day the other party is going to claim you broke the contract for not allowing the usual days off.

Re: It is time
Can you guys not read? The terms specifically say for a "minimum of 180 days" which could mean forever.
Scampay took your money. I think it would be safe to say that you can straighten up and put on a diaper.

Hop on the bus guss, you could try this for a solution to the question that you posed to Spitfire. http://www.moneynetnews.com/articles...s-Release.html
I believe that I have seen your whining posts in several other closed scam threads. Why should anyone believe anything you say since you are a proven member of the herd of scamees.
BTW thanks for continuing to promote Owen's book since that link goes directly to the sales site and as your da infers is not an affiliate link. Any more FACTS you want or need to know?

Just show the posts to everyone then Mr. Bullsh!t I’m sure you have them filed away with that portfolio of mine you’re supposed to have.

No sir, it does not. I agree that our money is not coming back, but what it says is "180 days." I quoted it exactly in a previous post.

In any legal contract, if holidays and weekends are to be excluded from the time period, it must be specified. My contracts also always say that "time is of the essence," which means if you're late, you're screwed. (Watch for that phrase in a contract. It means the people are serious.)
I think you made a small error above. Spit should understand that the 180 days includes weekends and holidays, unless so specified. However, convincing Spit of that is obviously impossible. In the six months I've been here, no one has ever convinced him of anything yet. No reason to expect it now.
