We are looking for an alternative to AlertPay payment processor due to their recent credit card outage (Customers are not able to pay through AlertPay using credit card). We can not go with PayPal because they are so annoying and bossy about what we sell
We do things related to p2p and they question them but where we are based P2P is completely legal. AlertPay was good and I would say a very honest company.
Any help, comments, and advice will be appreciated.
There's always moneybookers although they have their share of problems as well. There's a list of pros & cons regardless of which payment processor you choose.

I am under the impression moneybookers is even worse compare to paypal when it comes to high risk business. please let us know if you guys have any experience with them. It will be appreciated.
There are a number of alternative payment processors that you may want to consider. As EI2Y mentioned above, there is always Moneybookers. On the contrary to what has been said, I am under the impression that Moneybookers is much better when it comes to high risk businesses. Unlike Paypal, they use Mastercard Secure Code and Verified by Visa to verify transactions, so you typically are not worrying about chargebacks the way you must with Paypal. Also, their terms and agreements are far more lenient. Personally I would say Moneybookers is the way to go.
Another option, depending on if it is condusive to the methods of your business would be to try clickbank.com
It allows you to accept credit cards and paypal with minimal fees, while also tapping into one of the worlds largest networks of affiliates.
