What is the time period? 1 year, 2 years, 6 months, 1 month, 1 week? 400% in a one year time period you might find. Higher % (700%) return or less time (1 year) and you'd probably run into 95% or higher scams that in the end for whatever reason do not pay you the stated returns in that timeframe.
Business's and companys are fully aware of the lenders paying peanuts on sizeable amounts of investments, the minimum investment with many short term security firms is 2,500 USD. Forex accounts often require 5,000 - 10,000 dollars USD and what do you get? Far less returns than all but a barefew Autosurfs and HYIP's. Regretfully, those same companys and business's do in fact make a very sizeable return, they very seldom even split the profits 50-50 unless the client does ALL of the work.
If you learned one single investment market out of the hundreds that are ongoing and did all of the work yourself, why would you want to pay some firm 50% of your profits? What is your monthly goal in profits? $3,000 a month is do able if you push yourself to learn and apply the in's and outs of a market strategy. $30,000 a month and you'd likely need the equivalent of a phD in that single market regarding strategys and some luck.
You have acouple choices that I would suggest, change your mindset on the high % HYIP's and execise caution with your investments thru setting a goal on desiring and needing less returns to meet your expections. OR learn one single investment market as much as you can and do all the work for yourself while reaping all of the gains and benefits. Such work could be compared to boot camp, and not for the faint hearted otherwise everyone would do the same thing!
