Hey everyone... most of you know that I had alot of money invested in a managed account run by Ace Sports Network. Their sports handicapper called "Ace" Karalis was in charge of picks and placing the wagers for their clients.
This was great so then I didn't have to be by a computer all the time waiting for the picks to come in my email and then have to go to the sportsbook and place the wagers myself.
Well, on the 4th of Nov. Ace claims that while getting coffee at a local Starbucks Cafe, his car was burgularized and 2 duffle bags containing 260K was stolen.
He was on his way to the bank to send 10 wires of 25K to 10 offshore sportsbook. Supposedly he had cashed out his accounts at the local casinos in Las Vegas and was moving all the cash to offshore sportsbook.
He has signed an affadivit saying this is his story. The owner of the company, Ace Sports Network, is named John Lee. He claims to have been a victim in all of this, as all of the clients, and is seeking a lawyer to file embezzlement charges against 'Ace'.
Going to try and get the clients money back. I doubt this will ever happen, but if Ace did take the money then he should be prosecuted.
So now I am at lost for the money and now going to place all my wagers on my own using some picks of my own and others from now on.

www.acesportsnetowrk.com is going to be up as John says he is going to take it down since they will no longer be in business anymore, but stay away from it.
It is a damn shame though. Ace was an excellent sports handicapper. Through the end of Oct he had net profits of 188.1% Aiming at getting 200% by the end of the year.
On an account of 10K, that's a 20K profit in 12 months. Not to bad for doing nothing all year.
Oh well, guess I will have to do that on my own now.
