What happened to their small ad on the right side panel - the one they had there for several months? I think it said something like "good money is good"?

I get the site partially up with anon. server - probably be back in several hours.

Depending on which payout program you are on, funds should automatically transfer from Deposit account - current hold, to operating account - total amount. If you have figure showing there it is available for withdrawal.

In the box next to account management enter amount and click withdraw funds and it should transfer to e-gold.

If funds have been in hold for some time, and haven't transferred automatically, you have a problem and need to contact support.
