But why in one of the monitors it shows PROBLEM??

Monitors not all honest lorr... they just doing business. Have to find good monitor only.

A legitimate business will never need good ratings because if they do what they claim to be doing they will have no problems to continue payouts. I`m not saying OT is legitimate nor scam, but remember to spend money you can afford to lose.
