I find it difficult to balance the reaction Dave got for suggesting old digots were gaining too, against the offensive comments that little Willy made. Why were Bomber's comments more inflammatory to you? I'm just interested, not judging....

and Bomber, I didn't find your manner condescending - but I'm not dxgoddess.

Bomber and I are working things out - we will never be close again, but that is none of your business. I know what I read and how it made me feel and NO my reaction was not out of bounds at all. Things have been said between Dave and I that are none of your business.

And why in the world would I be upset with the likes of Will24? I don't care about him - he is nothing. I do care about David and I do care about what he thinks. I think you are very confused and trying to cause more trouble between Dave & I. This is none of your business - I am sure you are one of Dave's many admirers from DX4some and only pop up over here when you can win some points with him.

Gee Rebecca, didn't you come down a little hard on firelight? It looks like he was defending you to the max, even though, as he said, he does not agree with you on everything. I didn't think he was trying to "stir up trouble", IMHO. By the way, I am not trying to stir up trouble. I just thought you may have mis-read what he tried to say.

Well maybe so Phlip - maybe not. I think for anyone to question why I wouldn't get into an argument with the likes of Will24 over absurd and childish insults is a lil nuts. Why would anyone take the time or even care what that lil insect says or thinks.

I do care about Dave and that is why I get insensed over HOW he addresses me sometimes. I also find it odd that this firelight arrives in the midst of Dave & my's argument the other night to defend him and now this person (who I believe is a female - maybe I'm wrong) intrudes again in Dave's and my issues again - when Dave and I have aired our differences and are moving on now.

OK...None of my business. I just thought that after he/she defended, you may have been a little harsh. As for Will24, I agree with you. Considering the source, he never desreves a response of any kind. Anyway, I don't want to stick my big nose in this any further.

Dave asked for opinions so I gave one.

My opinions are as valid as yours Dxgoddess, and I have the same right to air them as you do. Just because I don't post here very often, doesn't mean you have a god-given right to say your opinions are more important. Why are you saying to mind my own business? When you post on a public forum you are actually making it everyones business. If you want to keep a disagreement between you and Bomber private, why did you post on here? You like to give your opinion and tell everyone stuff, but don't like it if someone takes you to task over it.

I defended you with little willy, and I defended Dave when I thought things were a bit one sided. Why do you think I'm one of Dave's fans/cheerleaders? Why do you think I am from dx4some? why do you think I'm female?

If I was a cheerleader, I wouldn't have cared what little Willy was saying about you (would have laughed out loud) and not have been incensed enough to take the time out of my day to post.

If you don't want opinions about your opinions, don't hang your dirty laundry on a public forum.

Well isn't that special. It's always easy for men to dismiss women as being "emotional" using our cycles as evidence. Aren't you clever and terribly ignorant. For your information - I had cancer and had to have a complete hysterectomy and thus have not been "pre-menstrual" for about 5 years.

You are right about one thing - that I allowed my anger and true hurt to enter this forum in regard to my relationship with Bomber by responding publically. However, I stand by my feelings & my assessment of Dave's posts directed to me. I have been fighting men my entire life to be heard and not be taken lightly - and I will continue to when I feel it is necessary. When I say it is none of your business now - I mean it. It is old news firelight.... why don't you read around a bit? Dave & I are moving along and other FEMALES have contributed to understanding why I got upset at David in the first place.

And as far as you attempting to have a level-headed dialogue about my reasoning of why I did not react to Will24 and then reacted vigorously to David - that is a rather ridiculous dialogue to have.... you were poking at a fire - trying to stir up things again... plain & simple. i do know one thing, these personal insults against women are getting way out of hand and should not be allowed to continue. being an RN/LMT i could get down and dirty about a man's physiology but is too disgusting so i won't. i know all about it, seen it, smelled it, heard it, know how men think, and the personal hygene leaves much to be desired. since we are talking on a personal level here.

no offense to anyone. these are just facts that are too disgusting to go into.
