to be neutral, let's wait and see whether we will receive our debit cards. if we can receive them and withdraw our earnings as usual , we may consider making new deposits. we all OC clients hope it can recover, but now new deposits should not be made .why not OC use other payment processors even with withdrawal limit? what we can do is just to wait and see. I also don't like make so many comments about OC now. it's time to test whether OC is really in trading or not . if we still cann't receive our debit cards in two or three months, I think we should forget OC. now let's wait and see
