thank you.... i just fill the form... send them emails many times... send them messages many times in TG... and vince replied me "processed".....maybe it was my lucky... but i thankful with that, because i have to pay my duty in double sum and i put my trust in OC... and i think that OC will live more... they just have so many problems.. i think it is not easy for them to solve it...

just be patient... keep in touch with them... send them messages...

i hope that you can recieve your mine soon..
i will post the screen shot of my credit note soon... my bank branch is far enough from my home.... i just need time...
