Give them a call. They do answer the phone, and hopefully they can help you with your problem.
My spoken English is not good enough, so I'm not sure about the call. However, I have sent them three e-mails and several times contacted online support in their Jabber chat. No response by e-mail and support in the chat responded: "Our technical support deals with deposits, but I can't contact them" (???).
The chat support also "calmed" me: "The technical support will respond you very very soon!"
It's a bad support policy, I believe...
