Give them a call. They do answer the phone, and hopefully they can help you with your problem.

My spoken English is not good enough, so I'm not sure about the call. However, I have sent them three e-mails and several times contacted online support in their Jabber chat. No response by e-mail and support in the chat responded: "Our technical support deals with deposits, but I can't contact them" (???). The chat support also "calmed" me: "The technical support will respond you very very soon!"

It's a bad support policy, I believe...

What do you mean by "it's very possible that OC can last for over one year"? Do you mean that you think it will last another year or another 2 1/2 months to it's one year anniversary?

maybe you misunderstood . I think it can last for one year . but I didn't mean that OC will last for another year . very few hyips can last for over two year , but there are only a few excellent hyips that can last for over 1 year . OC is an awesome and excellent hyip , hope it can last as long as possible
