Well guess what?! I heard back from Mr. Barnes:

I've taken the BDXTP site down, but am still here to answer non account specific questions. With G2, there are simply too many variables in play to allow me to give blanket information in a course. As DX stated in Article 104, they want people contacting them directly when they have an account specific question. Sure, I could provide information, but my knowledge is tied into how I operate my portfolios, which may or may not be the same as others. In the old system, this wasn't the case – the same advice applied to everyone. Those days are now gone, so it's important to get account specific questions answered by DX.
