I'm adding "Richard's" latest bullsh*t update to this thread in the hopes that the next crop of wannabe believers will have as much permanent reference material as possible before making the mistake of sending this arrogant con artist any more money:

Right; I am trying to get back to Spain this week and as soon as I do so I want to get straight on with resolving the situation.
I have devised a modified refund plan that will eventually refund everybody at Jp-daily whether or not they make a 25% refund deposit. But priority will be given to those who do make the 25% deposit. Full details of this will be posted here hopefully this next week (next 7-10days) (when I am in a position to get started).

Also... Another proposal for a refund plan has been submitted by one of the larger investors into Jp-Daily - read below.

Okay, we've set up the autoresponder for the investors. If you shoot an email to the address below, you can take a look at what we plan to say to the investors yourself. If you agree, we'd like you to get a message out asap regarding this (potential) program and announce our intentions. As I said before, we want to see if there is a sufficient level of interest for our recovery approach before we begin all the work.

You can say whatever you'd like, but we suggest something along these lines:

"A group of the larger Jp-Daily investors have approached me with a recovery plan of their own. If there is enough interest in their proposal, they will manage the plan they presented themselves. So that is one alternative to my proposed offerings. But I believe the plan I have come up with (and will announce this next week is a better option for refunding you - but take a look at the auto-responder for the moment - then when my plan has been shown to you - you can make up your own mind.

So that's all for now - I will update this page again in the next week or so with my revised refund plan. And then we can press ahead with one or both of those plans and resolve this mess in no time. And get things right back on track.

Additional note: It has been brought to my attention that the police in the UK have been notified about Jp-Daily and I fear that if they get involved with all this - then you're refunds are going to go right out the window and be replaced with some menial punishment for JP being run as an unregistered investment thingy. (As this isn't a scam like many people seem to think - your money has all been lost at poker and not stolen or whatever else you might think).
But provided the courts don't interfere and stop me from refunding you all in my own way - then we will proceed with everything in a week or so once i'm back in Spain.

We must not forget that 'Richard' scammed his refunds to GG-Investments members.

For those who are not aware of GG, this was his HYIP immediately before JP-Daily. He had actually started JP-Daily without communicating this to the GG-Investments forum.

After about 2-3 months, about late November, he declared to GG-Investments members that he was "now running a very successful programs and to come on over".

He kept on giving dates for GG-Investments 'refunds' which kept on slipping. 50% refunds to GG-Investments members were eventually done the week before JP-Daily folded. What a crook!

So even if you did get a refund you are still likely to be scammed as GG-Investments members were.

I'd just like to clarify that Richards final proposal for "refunding" the people that lost in "gg-investments" was for them to accept that 50% of their original principal would be invested on their behalf in JP-Daily(where they would supposedly have the option of withdrawing it immediately, if they wished), or to accept that their 50% could be left in JP-Daily, "until such time that it at least doubles your money (will take like a month or two - less with compounding)".

It's not clear how many, if any, of the gg-investments losers were ever "given" the 50% of their principal accounts at JP-Daily, or if any of them were able to cash out with their 50% loss before the ... problems ... at JP-Daily.

In my post above, I included a link for the search results for user gg-admin with the keyword "apples" to show the pages of posts containing outrageous promises, lame excuses, and victim abuse that he had gone back and "changed" to cover his tracks. Links containing a "search ID number" apparently expire after a while. You will just have to enter those terms yourself if you want to see it.

Isn't it interesting that gg-investments.com now re-directs to swisscash.biz with a "referrer ID" of "yasser83"?

Not really. That seems to be the only truth of the matter. This guy stole many HYIP and HYIP forum domains. He also stole jp-daily.com, which is why Richard is now using just-pays-daily.com

SwissCash.biz lost their domain as well. They now use swisscash.net

Everything else about JP Daily has been a fraud.

It is clear that he 50% "refunded" everybody to their JP-Daily accounts. As a GG-Investments member you have no choice but to open a JP-Daily account. No 50% payouts were going direct to e-gold.

It is clear that he did this the week before the "problems" with JP-Daily and after he had been well and truly in trouble with it, for a number of weeks, and it is clear that nobdy received any payout requests in that last week.

It is clear that the 50% payout to GG-Investments members was an outright scam at a time when he know he had payout and JP-Daily "problems".

And 110% insane... That was an old one! But this never pretended to be anything other than what it was - a 110% cycling program that was kinda fun actually. Just a regular linear matrix - but was fun to run with payouts as fast as 5mins at certain times of the evening. lol. Ah memories!

You also missed my VERY FIRST EVER money game thingy (ponzi really): Money Matrix! Hosted on a yahoo geocities page about 4 or 5years ago lol. Paid erm, 400 or 500% as quickly as it could. Minimum deposit was 25cents and I dont know if there was a maximum lol. But that lasted surprisingly long given the outragious returns / strain on the matrix.

Anyway back to JP; check out the website: http://www.just-pays-daily.com (you may need to refresh the page to view the most recent version). And over the next 2 days the refund info will appear along with JP2 (basically JP-Daily but following the rules this time).

The refund plan secoff has presented -- I wouldn't bother with if I were you. I can't see that getting anywhere. But my refund plan is pretty good (as you will see later on tonight when I finish the refund page and upload that). It will refund everyone eventually; and those who want a refund faster and are willing to cooperate can/will be refunded real quick.

And this refund plan is pretty water tight - no fixed daily aims that are going to get us in trouble and just a good solid and flexible (sorta) plan that will get people their refunds in hopefully not too much time.

GGI refunds... oh man... lol.
What we'll do with these - is if you are still owed a GGI refund - then we'll treat it like a JP refund. Transfer the GGI balance to JP and then you can get your refund as if it were a deposit into JP-Daily. Will write the details on the refund page later.

There are two main options for collecting your refund - making the refund deposit or not.

The refund plan
This is the overall plan that will eventually have everybody refunded either their full JP account balances (for those members who cooperate and make the 25% refund deposit) or their deposits minus withdrawals balance (for those members who choose not to cooperate and do nothing at all).

So in simple terms:
Make a refund deposit - get refunded first - be refunded with your final JP Balance + your 25% deposit back.
Don't make a refund deposit - be refunded last - getting only your deposits minus withdrawals balance back

How this works:
I have managed to acquire $10000 in starting capital for this refund plan from one of the larger investors (this plan has actually been designed around refunding our very biggest investor - who is owed more than most of you combined). So we have $10,000 in starting capital. This money will basically be invested into JP-Daily version 2. Where we will play like normal (following the 5% daily hedge this time) and producing daily returns. (note that the returns should be fairly big again; no more 1% daily things like we were doing at the end of version one. These should be back to our earlier results in Sept/Oct 06).

So this $10,000 starting balance will begin earning daily returns on investment. At the end of each week; 50% of the acrued profits will be paid to our large investor to give him a weekly income until his final lump sum and the other 50% will be used to refund those at the top of the refund queue (and if there is no refund queue - then I will pick one or more accounts who has not made a refund deposit and refund them).

As well as this; those members who make the 25% refund deposit (in order to be added next on the refund list) will see their deposits added to this $10,000 balance. So this balance will increase with every refund deposit received. And the capital for this balance ($10k + all the 25% refund deposits) will remain invested in the JP version 2 program. So over time; as more and more of you make your refund deposits; this balance will increase and increase until it is very large indeed (it has the potential to grow to around $200k). So the more refund deposits we receive; the faster this thing will be able to refund you - as the returns it receives from the JP version 2 program will be bigger and bigger (in dollar value) and therefore cut through the refund queue ever more quickly).

Then at the end of the day; when the entire refund queue is refunded. This balance will then go on to refund any remaining investors who have failed to make their refund deposit. Before finally being liquidated and being paid to our largest investor (along with all the weekly returns along the way) to refund him.

So thats the basics of that plan. It may seem crazy to think that just $10k will refund over $500k worth of investments; perhaps $800k worth of balances. But combined with the very powerful returns of the JP version 2 program (when it sticks to the rules!) along with this balance being increased with every refund deposit. It will gain momentum very quickly.

Also this plan allows us to get the ball rolling slowly. As obviously confidence is very low at the moment and people don't really want to be making more deposits (more risk) at the moment. So we can actually start this with no refund deposits at all - begin refunding a few investors; then once they are refunded. Perhaps one or two people will try the 25% refund deposit. And once they are refunded, a couple more can try it and we can quite easily do it bit by bit. It isn't necessary at all for everyone to make their refund deposit right away - so this should help show you some security and that this really isn't a scam! We just made some mistakes that I now in the process of fixing.

Another benefit of this refund plan - is I don't have to "work for nothing" in order to refund you all. So this isn't a strain on me - I don't have to make a sacrafice in order to refund you. This investment will be treated like any other in the JP version 2 program - for which I will take my standard 15% daily profit commission. And therefore will be able to support myself & pay my own bills while fixing JP-Daily. So its work for me; refunds for you and everybody will come out of this very well. And once this business of refunds is sorted - the JP version 2 program will hopefully go from strength to strength and become what version one would of been if I didn't **** things up so well with my stupidity!




Other information
As you can see; we're launching JP version 2 - and this is exactly the same as the original JP-Daily just this time we will be sticking to the rules (the 5% daily hedge). And I think this program will be by far the best yet.

As version one of JP-Daily started unbelievably. We had huge returns; ridiculous returns in fact. And these were only reduced to pathetic 1% daily returns after I ****ed things up by not sticking to my own rules. And once I did that - we were playing catch up. So that just messed everything up. But now that we have a full 5% to work with each day; making +5% or more isn't entirely difficult. Won't occur every day and there will undoubtedly be some 5% losses - but now that we have a full 5% leverage each day & all the returns we make each day are being paid to you (rather than being used to catch up as in version 1)... We should see some fun results again!

So things should become a whole heap of fun again. But see for yourself by checking out the results of the JP version 2 program as they happen.

This also provides you an opportunity - once you realise that I am not a scammer and this is for real + we're stricking entirely to the rules this time. It might be worth a new investment from you into JP2. (See the results for yourself as they happen).. but if they are as good as I think they will be - this will be a good way for you to get your money back from version one even before your refund pays you.

But obviously see how it all goes and let me show you that im for real first. But check the daily results and if they're any good and you have the access to the capital. Give it a go. But please invest sensibly this time! As while I won't repeat the same mistakes as before - you never know whats around the corner that might potentially break JP again! So get your principle & some profit out ASAP.. then get as greedy as you like and compound for as long as you like!



Making Your Refund Deposit
To make your refund deposit (you can deposit by e-gold, e-bullion or bank wire) - please use the information below:

* You need to deposit 25% of your jp account balance. So if your final JP balance was $1000; please deposit $250. Or if you want to deposit more; then that will speed things up for everybody. *Note that whatever you deposit for your refund deposit - it will be returned along with your due refund asap.

* Once your refund deposit is received you will be added to the bottom of the refund queue page here.
So the sooner you make the deposit; the quicker you will be refunded.
