If someone can t have at least a working knowledge of the payment processors they are using and also can t find information on related forums regarding the security of their accounts - then they probably shouldn t be spending money on the Internet. Don t get me wrong, I do feel bad anytime I see someone who has had their account cleaned out by some unscrupulous weenie, but it ultimately is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER of that account to know how to keep their funds safe.
