Dear Emerald Members,

As most of you already know, we are an advertising agency and are currently expanding our advertising venture online. In order to enhance our online advertising services, we are in the process of setting up Emerald Online Studio where we will provide online design services for our clients- banners, headers, websites and etc. Currently most of our designers are occupied with the offline work and therefore we are seeking potential candidates to join Emerald Online Studio, to become part time designers for Emerald Corp.

We will select the candidates through Emerald Banner Design Contest. Interested candidates are welcome to participate in this contest, other than winning attractive prizes the Champion will also be appointed as part time designer for Emerald Online Studio.

Rules & Regulations: -
- The contest is open from 5th October until 31st October and is only open to Emerald Surf's active members
- Each member can send up to 2 banners to participate in the contest but each member is only entitled to win ONE prize, whichever is higher
- The size of banner must be 468 x 60 OR 728 x 90 and not more than 70kb, either in GIF or FLASH format
- You can use whatever design as long as your banner can present the uniqueness of Emerald Surf
- Champion's banner will be used as our incoming Ad banner so your design will be seen by thousands of people
- Send in your design to admin@emerald-corp.com together with Your Name and Emerald Surf #ID, and put in the title as Emerald Banner Contest
- The results will be announced through emails and major forums on 1st November 2006

Prizes: -
Champion: $300 + Becoming part time designer for Emerald Online Studio*
1st Runner Up: $200
2nd Runner Up: $100

Notes: -
* It is not compulsory for the Champion to become part time designer for Emerald Online Studio, you can reject the offer and we will give the chance to the subsequent winner

* Part time designers are not employee of Emerald Corp, we do not pay you salary and the earning from Emerald Online Studio is based on project basis, 80% of the design charges are given to designers and 20% to Emerald Corp

* You can set the price of your services while Emerald Corp will assist to seek for clients, there is NO OBLIGATIONS for Emerald Corp to guarantee the availability of the clients, we will contact you on the services whenever there are clients

Maybe I dun joined AS so easily unless I think they are really potential
