Over at the KoolAid factory someone is posting messages claiming that some disgruntled DXUsers are planning a class action lawsuit, and that this is being discussed in some forum somewhere. I lurk in a few forums and this is the first I've seen any mention of such a thing. Does anyone have any info? Is this what the Blue Chippers are discussing in their private club at DXStragglers? The poster mentions they've got a lawyer whose got an address for a DXSomeone who matters. Hope they didn't get the address from the ASIC.
In the meantime I think I see one of my roommates from college in the crowd at the top of the dxconnect page. Functioning services updated and improved by August 29. Right.
