If an exchange with say Moneybookers is against there rules and then someone got scammed while breaking that rule could they legally get there money back? There's the arguement that there was a contract of exchange but since Moneybookers exchanges are against the rules wouldn't that be considered an ilegality so therefor there was no contract breached because there was no contract in the first place?
