Looking for vcc to verify paypal & adwords

Hello,
I am looking for a NON USED vcc / debit card to verify adwords and paypal accounts with it.
The most important part, is that I can only pay via paypal and not e-gold (if i had e-gold cash i could pay to the 100 other compenies who offer the cards )

Hope someone can offer a nice solution to my needs...

why you need vcc for paypal if you already has it ?

yes they block payments
