Back to topic: The big problem I have is those here stating this is a REAL investment. Fine for those who know better, I have not a problem with that. But for those whom don't know the rules of the ponzi game, for them to be lied to,told that it is real, there in lies my problem.
You stated you have not lied. You play the game, but you tell others what the game is. So Mr. Jambutty, is this a real investment or a ponzi?
edit to add....yep the west of the US but not on the coast. A little further in.

Regardless of what it states on the HYIP home page and in the terms etc Lita I treat every single one as a possible Ponzi. And I do not consider it as INVESTING. It is GAMBLING pure and simple. The gamble being that you give a total stranger some of your hard earned money on the understanding that after a certain period of time you will get your money back plus some extra.
Imagine this. You are sat in your favourite bar enjoying a drink with a friend and someone close by tells you about that bloke in the corner. You are told that if you give that guy in the corner some money, next week at the same time he will give it back to you with some extra. Would you hand over your cash?
Can you see the parallel with HYIP’s? Because that is exactly what happens.
All HYIP’s promote themselves as Investment programmes to perpetuate the myth that they take your money and invest it in Forex, stocks, bullion, real estate or whatever. Most punters like to see themselves as Internet entrepreneurs and as investors. It sounds better than being labelled a gambler. It’s an ego thing.
Look at some of the interest rates offered. 3% per day, some of which pay out 7/7. It’s just not possible. The very best that you can get is over 6 days using the world’s time zones. Even 3% per business day is stretching it past breaking point. If those sort of interest rates were attainable all banks would be mega, mega rich and they would be forced to give a higher rate of return on your deposit account, even a high yield one. But what do you get? 10% per annum if you are very lucky. Even the HYIP 1% per business day adds up to about 260% pa.
But hey! What does this doddering old goat, who is rapidly approaching his sell by date know? I’ve only had 70 years experience of life all over the world.
What happens a lot of the time is that these ‘safe’ HYIP’s that offer maybe 1% or 2% per business day play the field in higher value HYIP’s. They get in early make a load and get out before the HYIP’s disappears. They then pass on to their members what they promised. Some may be very good at playing the field so they last a long while but in the end they all close up and disappear.
I have no more idea if A3Union or any HYIP is a genuine investment programme or not than the next guy. Only those running the programme will know that and they won’t tell you it isn’t, will they?
There are no hard and fast rules in the HYIP game but there are a few golden guidelines that I follow – well more or less. In no particular order.
Don’t get greedy.
If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.
There is no such thing as a free lunch.
Never spend more that you are prepared to lose even if you can afford to do so.
Don’t spend just because you have some E-Gold doing nothing. Very hard to do!
Don’t be in such a hurry to give your money away.
Never compound or if you really must then wait until AFTER you have got your money back plus a bit of clear profit. Once in profit and with a deposit still active you cannot lose no matter what the HYIP does.
Withdraw what you can when you can. Once in profit you can consider relaxing that to say once a week to save on E-Gold fees.
Before making a spend work out how long it will take to get your stake back. Divide the interest rate into 100 to get the number of days. I prefer to use 110 so that E-Gold fees are also covered. Then try to work out if the site is likely to stay up that long and paying.
If you are lucky and you get to the end of the plan term only re-cycle some of your clear profit.
Be wary of HYIP’s that change the terms or payout schedule or suddenly make offers of a bonus if current members put more money in. Get out as soon as you can and don’t go back in.
View any monitoring sites and forums to see what is being said about the site, BUT don’t believe all that has been written. There are more mischievous naysayers and cheerleaders than there are honest punters.
Finally, if in doubt - don’t spend or at least sleep on your decision. Things may well look different in the morning.
OK! I admit it. I’m an old cynic. But I’m not a broke old cynic. During the last 5 years I’ve made over $25k clear profit. Not a fortune I know but then I’m not greedy.
