GCard, BestGoldCard, IMTCard, Cash-Evolution, not loading due to a water main break??

Hi all,
I am just more suspicious than curious if it is the real reason behind why all these card operators are not loading funds which has been given them via e-gold earlier.
My questions are:

Are they really not loading funds due to a simple water main break near Toronto, Ontario in Canada?

Why are all these companies NOT announcing this matter on their websites?

No one announces that they have difficulties, otherwise what should they have to hide?

And how does this affect NYCCU, which is the issuer banking institution behind all these card operators, wherever they are based?

How is this affecting cardoneplus, the system provider?

Please take a look on this and tell to the community what is going on there really, because I cannot believe that these delays are only due to a water main break, if so than at least also all customers of NYCCU should have been affected and it seems that I am not able to find a notice on the internet about any complaints affecting this matter.
Are they telling us the truth or not?
I am really worried about that.

You can’t load any of these cards but they are still selling them, aren’t they.

Good enough reason for not to tell anyone what’s really going on. If they say that it’s all finished they will be stacked with a bunch of plastics that they already purchased but still haven’t sold.

I have been trying to google CA news... looks like Ontarion really has this happened. However it's not clear too much...Oct 30 lalready and we are still there... only one official newletter about that.

Be Aware About Electron-card.com. I've Paid For 2 Paypal Vcc On October 21: Nothing! In Addition I've Paid For A Paypal Card On September, This Card Doesn't Work! Emailed Him Many Times: Nothing!
