i agree with some people here, that no one can help you exept the egold it self.. you should call them or maybe by email.. if you feel never doing something wrong, and this blocking just because received payment from blocked user, you can't be blamed..

after you recover your account and money, try set up the settings option and set to be able receive payment from blocked account, if you wish to..

i send them email but no reply from there and they cut off my money regular 1 2$ from my account dont know why i think egold not good anymore i was have 650$ now automaticly 638$ they cut my money dont know why

dont they are trying to do i buy money 1st time for egold and they did like that with me i really upset from egold they are not reply for any my email and i read rules there is no any rules i cant accept money from blocked account i dont know much about egold dats why :s i dont know what to do
