My eg account was registered with some HYIP programs.
So, this is the big problem!

actually, I wouldn't be surprised if e-gold actually steals the money from the user's account.. but only a thought of that sends chills down my back

The block will not be removed. Your account was blocked under our Right of
Association clause in the account user agreement. Quoting from the e-gold

No, what I've read is that you cannot charge back the money, but you can only avoid the e-gold account from a SCAM hyip to collect more money from new investitors.
