For what it's worth, I never registered or filed a complaint, or signed up for anything. DOJ got my contact information from Wellspring's records, because I used my actual information (Wow, imagine that...). And, I have no intention of claiming anything, hopefully someone who needs it more than I do will get something out of it. I almost broke even, when I figured out what it was, quit putting more funds in, and pulled out what I could. The #'s from the 'real business' business didn't match the financial figures, guess what it was... (There's a reason these 'programs' don't show their actual numbers, just talk in vague terms. They try to hide what they're actually doing)
I ended up losing about $100 there.

Thank you for the update, Jeff. I figure that about 10 years is the max that we can expect Charis Johnson to face once the government gets around to the criminal end of her prosecution. I just wish that every single "morally corrupt" 14-XX year-old "financial expert" that ever threw up a web page promising similarly outrageous returns (or worse) was facing the same consequences.

Just got another email from the DOJ re: Blake Prater...

The important line?

"BLAKE PRATER is currently incarcerated at FCI Otisville and is scheduled for release on December 12, 2015. The inmate is not eligible for parole.
"

Not eligible for parole. Good to hear. About time.
