I've seen many of them, and I'm really searching for a good, not too expensive one.
No backdoors please.

Anyway there won't be a cheap and good monitoring script.
Like HYIP.com and investdaddy.com their scripts are good enough but may cost you 10k to buy or customize made.
Or you can learn PHP and made a script by yourself.
