They are not deleting those acounts Ammoun, they freeze them. Read through the thread. The reason is apparentelly due to US embargo on dealings with Iran, and e-gold, though incorporated in Nevis is located in the USA

Who cares if North Koreans and Iranians don't have access to e-gold?
Ask yourself this question, then a last one: would you care if your neighbour got scammed by 12DailyPro, Solid Investment or any other HYIP/Autosurf site, or all of them?

The problem is: they did have access. And they trusted it with their money. You do not know what they used it for. There are more uses to e-gold then HYIPs

It's now more than one week and e-gold do not response correctly to our questions. they should at least let us to withdraw our money - even not to a Iran target - but they should let us to do it. for example let us to withdraw to a family's account in other country or let us at least view our money in our accounts!

If you remember or atleast if you were around in the not so distant past (which i doubt as 95% of all current Talkgold members are TOURISTS), Evocash then Intgold started this way aswell: randomly blocking accounts ! Then Evocash and Intgold disappeared with everyone stupid enough not to listen the warnings !

If you want my opinion, take your money out of Egold while you still can or you will regret it sooner than later. Ask the people who got s crewed over by Evocash and Intgold...

Well that's your opinion, but my opinion is that you are very wrong, because E-gold is by far the strongest international online payment processor.

Well they haven't so pointless to keep talking about it. All your funds have been frozen to comply with current US embargo laws on Iraq (a country deemed "terrorist" according to the Bush administration). Nothing you can do about it so stop crying like a little baby, accept your loss and learn your lesson: never keep all your eggs in the same basket !
