Hello,

I use the dgccommunity card from 6 months without probelm, now my dgccommunity card is locked from 20 days without motivation, i have deposited 3000 USD $ and when i try to withdraw money on the ATM i receive this message from 20 days "your card is locked, please contact your bank".

I have contacted every day dgccommunity support, they are fast to answers to my questions but the answers is always the same, try tomorrow because the bank has not yet responded ...

THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A WARNING, if the problem is resolved in the future i return on this thread.

No surprise as they have a 2500 $ limit on the card...
