Yes you can no longer withdraw from PayPal using VMI. If you already have added and confirmed the bank account then your PayPal account will get limited when you reqest withdrawal.

Here's an idea not sure it would work maybe someone can set me straight

Did paypal block all SW Bank acounts or just the routing number for VMI
What would happen if we used a different routing number from SW bank?

Only the VMI card don't work. The people that have a real SouthWest Bank Bank account it still works for.

A Bank has only one routing number. So that said PP won't have blocked routing number most likeley account numbers starting with 8000....

sorry but that is not true.
A bank can have different routing numbers and many do. These can be specific to where the account was opened,branch location and the account type or types.

adding another southwest routing ,or 00 before routing etc is not going to work for the vmi account numbers , it will come back as invalid bank.

vmi, the master agents and resellers have made alot of money on ach deposits from paypal users, so they will also be financially hurt by this as well .

wishful thinking but maybe vmi will realize they need paypal deposits from account holders to be successful and will find another bank so everyone is back in business.

Yes.could not verify paypal.But if you wanna withdrawl cash,must confirm that 2 amounts first---- A Chinese client told me that.
