Hi everyone. In the past couple of months, I’ve noticed a few websites offering to pay rebates if you open a forex trading account through their site, such as
www.forex-broker-rebates.com and
www.forexrebates.com. I have a friend who trades through FXCM, and uses
www.forex-broker-rebates.com. OK, he trades over 200 lots a month, and is probably the exception to most of us mere mortals, but he gets a rebate of over $1000 each month. He’s happy with their service, they pay him promptly etc, and as I have an account with FXCM, I was thinking about joining also. I was wondering whether anyone else had any experience of this type of set up, good, bad or otherwise?
It seems to me as if it’s money for nothing, but am I missing anything?
