Finding a Legitimate Forex Broker
Even that seems to be a problem here. It's as if you guys are so used to getting taken, you now seek out fraudulent companies by instinct...
Don't look for brokers who accept e-gold, those tend to be smaller and less reliable and less legitimate. Look for a broker that is very big, with a very strong reputation built over the years. Three top Forex brokers off the top of my head:
1) Oanda
2) FXCM
3) Interactive Brokers
But of course, there's more. All 3 of these accept foreign accounts no problem, with minimal paperwork. So no need to find a broker who accepts e-gold. All 3 accept funding by bank wire. There's more legitimate brokers of course. But basically, the bigger they are - the more legitimate. To find more legitimate brokers you can visit Forex discussion forums such as moneytec.com and ask around for reviews there.
