Some people are asking how this all works with ad-ventures4u.
This is new to me also, so we are all learning. I copied a few of the Q&A below, which I think addresses some of the common questions. Over time, I am sure it will all become clear!
Also, from word I am hearing, Steve Smith is a very honest and trusty admin, and we should all be comfortable here.
How does the Revenue Sharing Program work?
We offer a wide range of advertising packages and on every $1.00 we are paid, 75% and 90% of what we call other income is going into the Revenue Sharing Program. You must purchase ten or more Ventures to participate in the Revenue Sharing Program, you do that by upgrading to Pro member and then purchase additional Ventures if you like. To qualify for a share of the revenue, you must view (surf) a minimum of 25 -15 second web pages a day.
What is the breakout of the revenue will be alloted
Ok we pay out 75% on ad-ventures so the break down on that is this. % will be paid out Bi-weekly--a % will be invested in programs that is legit that pays us a return on our money which will be paid out monthly. We know that we as a group can leverage our money together to get a huge return which will in fact be paid back to the members. So let's say we invest $1000 and the return on that investment is $2000 then 90% of that $2000 will come back to our members. That is what makes us different from a Ponzi, other traffic exchanges or adpack systems.
How do ventures expire?
Ventures expire in order, so let me explain how that works. Your % of earnings will be based on how many ventures you own. To make it easy for you and ad-ventures we decided that ventures will expire in the order they are received. Example will be this you own 200 ventures payout is 30 dollars. You will get automatic rollover in your account to 215 ventures. If you decide in the 3 day allowed time to cash out your earnings then in your account you would see 185 ventures remaining to revenue share on. This does a couple of things--let's our members know exactly how many ventures they have and makes it easier on admin to track and keep up with your earnings.
Well why wouldn't I get 230 ventures in my account?
The system is simple--if you make 30 dollars then they expire in order, so 15 matured, paying you out 2 dollars for every dollar invested
How does it affect me if I miss a day of surfing?
7 out of 7 = 100% of your shares 6 out of 7 = 90% of your shares 5 out of 7 = 80% of your shares 4 out of 7 = 50% of your shares 3 out of 7 or below 10% of your shares
Well what if I miss my surfing because of the website being down or website issues or personal issues that I cannot control?
We will consider all issues and will credit missed days if we see that is was uncontrollable
When is Revenue Sharing paid out?
Calculations are done every other week on monday and you can request pay out at any time within a 3 day period. we will pay on the following monday and that will give us time to ensure all payments are accurate to accepted payment processors.Please note that there is no minimum but we recommend a minimum payout of $5.00 due to payment processing fees.
How do I request payout?
Please submit a support ticket from within the member area within the 3 day time frame allowed. NOTE DO NOT SUBMIT A TICKET TO ROLLOVER BECAUSE THAT WILL BE AUTOMATIC. That will reduce support tickets to keep us running smoothly.
Can I use my earnings to purchase additional Ventures?
Yes all earnings will be automatic rollover but you will have 3 days after earnings are posted to draw out earnings if you decide to do so. NOTE: Once 3 days expired the earnings will be rollover without exceptions and once that is done we will payout commission referrals.
When will the Venture mature?
The Ventures will mature after 6 months or when the Venture has paid back $2.00 - whatever comes first. Please note that unused advertising will not be lost when the Venture matures.
I think we have a hot one here. I just listened to the recording on the site again, and am starting to see the uniqueness of this plan. It really is very innovative, and may very well be copied in the future. There are even outside investments funding it, and the admin is very honest and trustworthy.
For now, we definitely have a first mover advantage to both spread the word and "purchase ventures".

The site is really moving forward, All support tickets have been answered and their was not that many of them which is good. Upgrades are getting done as they come in, I have to do them manually but is not very hard and goes very quickly. The competition area is now showing the top surfers and top affiliates. I am going to do a contest on top affiliates and will run monthly. The first competition will be the most sponsored. 1st place $100 second place $50 and will be paid out the first week in Jan. One thing keep in mind I am not a eary bird so be patient with me in the mornings. I will complete my work everyday and on time. Got two small updates from admin this morning. The reason I post them is because we all know that the communication from a sites admin is one of the crucial factors in a programs ultimate success, and how good the journey will be over all. By posting the admin's updates everyone gets to have a feel for who this person is, how they approach things, and if they feel like someone you will want to choose to work with. I am assuming that many will watch and wait, to see of the quality of a program, that things are solid, before jumping in. Couple of things remember I am not someone that is up early so you have to understand that I work from about 10 am central to 3 am in the morning so you early birds have to wait longer than other to get your accounts upgraded. I ask my server company to put us on a dedicated server and this will be done soon. We are on the largest package that they have but with the traffic coming to the site and members surfing it is slowing down more than I like. I also know about the surfing not working correctly some of the time. Payments for referral will be done every thursday and you will have the option of cashing out or buying more ventures, it will be totally up to you. Nevertheless, we are very very early on, and some things on the site are still being upgraded and worked on, ( a small price to pay for being this early on a site that is going to be huge).

I want to thank all of you for your support and putting your trust in this site. One thing I would like to say is that this site will be run like a business and everything will be done in a certain time frame and done right.
Thursday all referrals payouts will go out and here is how it will work
-It will show up in your cash section
-You will have three days to request a cashout via a support ticket
NOTE- If you want to purchase more ventures with it then no support ticket is needed and after three days we will do it for you and you need not take any action. (once this is done it is final)
support ticket should say in the title: cashout commissions (then the total of cash out)
if you are not cashing out all your commissions the rest will purchase more ventures after the three days are expired.
All commissions totals will be through Weds 12pm central time
If you decide to purchase more ventures with you commissions they will pay out from Thursday not the three day waiting period to get them rolled over.

People want to know what the other income is and where it is coming from:
The other income is coming from my pocket at the moment. I have investments around the internet that I am sharing with this program while it is in the start up stage. I do not invest in Hyips or 12x12's just to let you know. The money comes from legit programs and I only show other income once I have received it in one of my online accounts. There have been so many people that have lost in online businesses so that is the whole point for ad-ventures. I am and will continue to support apn which I am very happy with that program and Henrik the owner of apn has been a huge help in helping me learn how this works and help me with some of the script on the site. If you are not in apn I would suggest you look at that also as a income opp because it is one of the few out there that I truly believe in.
With all that said I am going to be gone away from the computor for about 1 hour and will return. I am happy with the growth and I like to work on the site. People don't like change so we will not do many changes. I am excited about payouts and can't wait to get to that point to make you all happy because without you we would be not. Steve
I hope I find everyone in good spirits. I will get everyone that needs upgraded done first then I will get to the support tickets and approving websites. I know we are having a few issues with the company banners and you cannot use them to promote so I have a call into the programmer to get this corrected. Also the timer is messing up when people surf after 25 websites. Hopefully the will be sorted out soon. I know that all the ventures down the side of the page is starting to look unprofessional but for right now I am going to keep it that way. My wife says it looks nasty but the way the script is built everything is done in a manual fashion so it just makes it so much easier to control and deal with. Now about referral commission payouts, because that is my next big step and I want to do that correctly and as easy on me as possible. I think that I will do them is a similar fashion for a couple of reasons, one to make is easy and two to show the non recruiters what is does for your income if you just put a little effort into putting someone in our program. You don't have to be an internet guru to make money with ad-v you just have to have a few friends or family members or coworkers. Most programs online I wouldn't let my dog join but this one is made so that everyone can make money by just looking at a few ads from our members. It just isn't any easier than that and also no fear of the program going anywhere because the program is always in profit. This is a program that launched a few weeks ago and already has over 3000 members. It is a family owned business and Steve Smith was tired of the scams that took his money.
