The PP began in August 2004.
The only person though who was "savvy" enough to make it into the PP is "X".

He decided long ago that it is better for him to keep all the money than to divide it.
Therefore he pulled out as much as he could through anonymous debit-cards until X-changers stopped him.

The whole "hacker-attack" and "problems with e-currencies" and "problems with banks" was only deception.

X is a criminal and he will never come back.
Oh no, he might come back with a new scam or has done so already.
Remember the "losses of the buyers in evocash" ?
Could it be that the scammer was scammed by the dirty evocash-criminals ?

What happened is that FLO was an evo-cash scam, well-orchestrated, too. Having spoke to a teller who worked at the bank in Nevada where evocash held it's accounts, I found out the following. Evocash was taking milions of dollars a day and using Russian debit cards to send it to Russia. Having been in FLO, she questioned one of the evocash folks who came into make a deposit one day. Could she please have her refund, b/c her brother had died and she needed the money so he could have a proper funeral. Her money was refunded, but it is the only one I have heard of. The entire thing was a heist pulled off by the Russian mob, it happenes all the time in the US. It is happening in several other arenas as well. Yunona is a Russian owned adoption agency that scams American families. They target infertile couples who are fragile from going through endless fertility treatments. They promise them a certain child and break their hearts when they actually arrive in the country with excuses like, "oops someone just adopted he/she yesterday." We are easy targets for greedy foreigners. We trust way to much. Live and learn, then don't let it happen to you again.
