why did you guys take away amdworld's negative rating when he scammed someone? He should be banned. He is still holding onto hechay's mb and you guys took away his negative rating? That is wrong. Do you not believe hechay? Why is it that amdworld has preferential treatment over hechay? What am I missing here? This guy blatantly scammed hechay and amdworld excuse was "i did not want to exchange with him" but he gets to keep the mb?

Who took away the negative rating from him? What was this person's logic for taking it away?
