All who have not this book: mainly there are 5% of your bankroll betting on all favorites at tennis matches which dividendes are equal or more than 1.45 and gap between underdog and favorite are equal or more than 0.50

Does 1.45 mean +145 or is there another system call the american? Basically I'm asking what 1.45 or .50 is when my odd look like -200 or +130?

In american odds:

1.45 = -222

0.5 = -50

P.S You must switch to 1.45 odds because i think you can't calculate correct gap between favorite and underdog
