If not, you know that you are engaged into a illegal business, as without holding such a permission signed by the bank you are doing illegal activities damaging the banks corporate image.
You know that these cards are intented to indian residents and NRI only and with selling them across the world not only to NRIs, to people which don´t hold a indian passport, you are engaging into not allowed cross-border financial activities which will result that your bank account at HDFC Bank Ltd. will be terminated and your name permanently banned on their customer database furtherly.
Will contact HDFC Bank in India and report this to them too.
