Come on jambutty, he will run away from here, one thing to show "concern for the investors" for free, and another thing to spend $10 on this "sacred cause"

Since you know so much about being legally registered, would you list a few programs that are legally registered and are allowed to accept investments from a little man with as little as $150? I havent seen one yet, the last 'legally registered' program I heard of was Madoffs, and that was designed for millionaires only. If you can't list any legally registered program then its probably smart to be legally registered offshore and not in the US. Besides, don't you think there are many people with the intent of setting up a legally registered program that could pay this much returns in the US? What stops them? The same thing that stopped the past people that did - being charged with selling securities and getting labelled as ponzi by authorities, if you're so savvy about online investment then that shouldnt be news to you.
Why give fake names ( thats if they did ), why not? I would do exactly the same to protect my identity, likely lawsuits as well. What happened to the past programs that revealed their real identities? They faced death threats from members when they have delays, they face lawsuits from authorities when they succeed, so why go through that?
3% consistently is impossible? Why? I wouldnt get set up a program if I wasn't sure I have made and will make as much as 200% profit per month. People are doing it consistently with all the global opportunities available today. It probably wasnt possible in the stone-age, but today it is very very possible. I dont know if you're involved in any kinda trading, if you're a professional in it and you cant make up to an average of 3% per day, then you probably need to reconsider you strategy or the instrument you're trading.
If you're responding to this, please dont forget to include a list of one or two 'legally registered' programs that the common man could switch to and leave LS alone, if you don't have any, then let them do what they can afford to do with their funds. They had delays like this around July last year, they were moved to the closed section on TG, naysayers said everything they're repeating again now, but they bounced back. If y'all was wrong back then, why should anyone believe y'all now?
Don't forget, the list i asked for please.
I'm done.

They SAID they were registered in Panama? What is their registration number.
Most all countries require an investment firm to be registered with their country in order to sell securities to their citizens. Just because they are registered in one country does not give them the legal right to sell in another. they need to be registered in each country they sell securities to (those countries that require it).
There are thousands of stocks you can buy under $150. Some even for 50 cents.

You can find them by using "google" Google is this amazing internet tool. You just write what your looking for in the little box and it magically appears on yoour computer screen.
These are stocks that rise and/or fall depending on the popularity of the stock. The amount or increase of the product. Not on the amount of new people putting money in, in order to pay old members.
That is what makes them ponzi scams. They only run long enough till not enough new money comes in to pay all debts. When it starts eating away at the scammers profits, they slow down and soon after leave. Or just up and disappear.
That is why they don't register. They don't intend to. That would take honesty, time, and effort. It is so much easier to put up a cheap script and find victims on the net. Make a few bucks off them and disappear.
In order to register, they have to provide proof of their real names, addresses, what they are actually investing in. None of these things are they able to do because they are fakers on the net scamming people out of their money. Intentionally scamming.

It seems to me that for people like you, okosh, and Xenia, nothing will deter you. Not even a pending NFA registration. Which means the program is under the eye of said regulatory agency, by its own request. So its almost a year, this program is asking for more than just being a money transmitter. It takes time.
But the heck with all that, you people just need attention. It is so sad. May I suggest a puppy?

Nelson,
Your confused between programs. Check the thread your in. I do the same thing from time to time.

Re: largesum - largesum.com
The difference between a online scam ponzi and a registered investment that went ponzi?
The registered one has insurance to pay back for being scammed.

The issue came to the forefront this week as about 8,000 former Madoff clients began to receive letters inviting them to apply for up to $500,000 in aid from the Securities Investor Protection Corp.
|
You can also find the person who committed the scam and sue them. Or at least see justice come to them. All in all, registered companies are more difficult to get scammed from. Still possible. there are crooks in every walk of life.

No I am not. This is very excellent point I am making. You people scream about regulations, etc. But when a program tries and even has been listed as pending, you are still not satisfied.
You are just here for the attention. When you are confronted with this fact, you still scream scam. LOL!
Get a puppy, you will get all the attention you crave!

No...And neither should you
It's either legal or it is not legal....Can't be half legal....or a little bit legal...Or pending to be legal....
Same as pregnancy...A woman can't be a little bit pregnant...or half pregnant....or pending pregnancy

James...You have no right to demand anyone donate anything...Shame on you
For all you know the very people you making these demands on may have already donated via means other than LR
To many people where they donate to and the amounts they donate are something they like to keep private....
You are therefore out of line demanding that proof of any donation be posted

If a program is not registered and are selling securities, they are doing so illegally. The NFA does not, will not, register you if you are already breaking the law.
Another thing a company needs in order to get registered is to show where they are investing other peoples money. It is manditory they show all members this verifiable list as well.
They will not be getting registered. They are just saying that to get your money.
You posted earlier that you have not put any money into LS. Did your dog die?
Just because my interest in a program is different than yours, does not mean I don't have an interest.
