just now i chatted with william flanders support of largesum.

here it is

balraj1974:
hi there

Call accepted by operator William Flanders. Currently in room: William Flanders.

William Flanders:
Hello
balraj1974:
hi william
balraj1974:
its nice to see u again here after such a long break
balraj1974:
some people say that you are gone already for good....but i believe in you
balraj1974:
by the way could u help me please
balraj1974:
william are u still there?
William Flanders:
Yes
balraj1974:
PR-MSRGT Finish Date 06 Jan 2009 11:11:10 BLOCKED
balraj1974:
as you can see i have close withdrawal from 6th jan...i have got the confirmation email...but havent got the payment yet
balraj1974:
will you please sort this out
William Flanders:
We understand your disturbance and worries regarding the payout delays. The thing is that management of the project has made a mistake when took a decision to lock all the withdrawal attempts for the period of Christmas holidays. The reason was obvious. The activity of most exchangers, banks and stock exchanges was limited within that time, hence the management of LargeSUM.com took a decision to give the support staff some rest and most of the team took a vacation for that period.
So now the holidays are over and the withdrawal function has been enabled again. However, we should notice, the pressure upon the support has increased greatly. Starting from January 6 and till now we are receiving a large number of withdrawal requests, which is much more than we normally get. We surely understand your worries and give you the real reason for the delay. And we admit our guilt, however taking into account the individual approach to the process of completing withdrawals, we physically can't manage to process every withdrawal on time.
The support service is currently working 24/7 to process all the requests as soon as possible.
And within 2 weeks time, we will surely get back to normal work and payment schedule. So far, we apologize for all the delays and assure all our investors, the normal payment schedule will be restored as soon as possible.
We hope to your understanding and look forward to further cooperation.
balraj1974:
i just wait for the close request to be processed or
William Flanders:
Actually we have a big queue and all the money operations are manual, because of the security question. So, you just have to wait
balraj1974:
ok...well now its been a week from the jan 6th
balraj1974:
would you normal for a week more?
balraj1974:
be normal for a week more?
William Flanders:
And within 2 weeks time, we will surely get back to normal work and payment schedule. So far, we apologize for all the delays and assure all our investors, the normal payment schedule will be restored as soon as possible.
We hope to your understanding and look forward to further cooperation.
balraj1974:
ok i will copy our chat and post it in several forum so other people when get to know this very recent news from u

It's the party line and I expect if someone chats with any of their (largesum) support staff or gets reply to support ticket they will copy and paste similar.

After all that is what they are paid to do give a predefined reply. Nothing more

Lita is not interested either. Lita already knows what William has to say. He will read the written script as posted above, many times, that he is paid to read. Unlike some, I can read myself and don't need William to read it to me.
Thanks anyways.
Lita
