The latest HYIP to declare privatisation of the site is VexaSA and joins New World Invest and HYIP Pro.

The latest information posted on the web site yesterday reads:

We decided to make our company private. What does it means? Let me explain:
1 stage - in next 20 days we will modify our website software, but do not worry, you will have full access to website and to your account so you can make deposits and withdrawals as usual. But we need to disable forum (in new version of Vexa SA forum will be integrated with main website)

2 stage - at March 1 new version of Vexa SA will be opened (you no need to re-register or change your ref. urls or something else, all you account details, payment history etc will be transfered to new version of website)

3 stage - at March 15 registration of users without sponsor will be forbidden. Registration will be possible only via referal links.

4 stage- at March 20 new investment plans will be added (currently we can not disclose any details about them). All users will have opportunity to relocate their current deposits into any of new plans or leave in existing.

The forum is closed apart from the above message.

Is it a ploy to drag in more investors and quietly disappear? Or will it really benefit existing members?

I guess that time will tell. Hopefully it will not be yet another sad tale.

I remember last year this was the big excuse before a program would dissappear. Lets wait and see what happens.

It***39;s always a rather ***39;quick***39; way to find out if a program can actually survive on funds coming in from ***39;outside***39;. So far, I***39;ve seen few that ***39;passed the test***39;...

actually the statement doesn***39;t say that they***39;re going REALLY private, they***39;re just saying that they***39;re going referrer only and buying time(with dates).

actually though such a change would be REALLY small to the website.

why is it that with hyip sites that are pretending to be real investment sites the website _script_ is the most important thing ever when actually what should be important would be the INVESTMENTS?

a real investment program that would do hyip levels of returns wouldn***39;t suffer at all if they had moaners anyhow, they would be swimming in money...

nothing wrong with going private if it's a decent program but...

this one pays back 200% in 15 days. lol translation - when enough new money comes in, we estimate 15 days then you'll have your principle and 100% profit off the backs of your fellow investors.

a corporation license right on the site. nothing a few thousand dollars won't buy, not impressed.

thing that peeves me about this one is their minimum spends are really high. there will be large carnage and lots of tears after this one disappears.
